This Website at the domain name www.dickiehomes.com (“the Website”) operated by John Dickie Group Limited, Burnfield Avenue, Thornliebank, Glasgow, Lanarkshire G46 7TT, a company incorporated in Scotland (SC 153531), and any subsidiaries and related companies (the “Dickie Group”), is offered to you, the user, conditionally on your acceptance without modification of these Terms and Conditions of Use. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you start to use the Website. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of use, please leave the Website immediately, and do not visit, or use the Website. 1.1 Throughout the Website, the Dickie Group endeavours to provide a high quality impression of the homes it develops; however it is not possible to do more than give a general impression of the range, quality and variety of the homes, which the Dickie Group has created. Photographs, computer generated images, virtual tours, floor plans and site plans are provided for guidance only. All information, including information in relation to the homes/properties, is believed to be correct but is only representative of the home/property and in no way guaranteed. In particular, any of the material on the Website may no accurately represent any of the specified properties prescribed by an order made under the Property Misdescriptions Act 1991. Any errors, omission or mis-statement shall not in any circumstances give grounds for legal action. 1.2 At the Dickie Group, we constantly strive to improve the quality of the homes we create and to do so in a way that is sympathetic to the local environments in which we work; for this reason materials and finishes may vary from those illustrated. The Dickie Group therefore gives notice to any prospective purchasers that none of the materials issued, or visual depictions of any kind made on behalf of the Dickie Group can be relied upon as accurately describing specific properties, or developments. All such matters must be treated as intended only as general illustrations and guidance. They are subject to change from time to time without notice and their accuracy is not guaranteed nor do they constitute a contract, part of a contract or a warranty. 1.3 The Dickie Group endeavours to ensure the Website is correct, however, the Dickie Group does not warrant the accuracy and/or completeness of the material on the Website. The Dickie Group may alter the material on the Website at any time without notice. The Dickie Group makes no commitment to update any material on the Website that may be out of date.
